Transforming First Group 31632 Back To Eastern Scottish VV187

The restoration work on E187 HSF was started at the begining of December 2008.  Allowing for the seasonal holidays, it took approx 3 months and VV187 took to the road again in March 2009.


 After obtaining quotes for the work needing from both Ferrymill Motors and Busworks at Blackpool it was decided that the work would be carried out at the Beith workshops of Bus & Coach Developments where E187 HSF was stored at that time. I would like to thank all the staff at Beith including Jimmy, Chris, Scott and Gordon the painter for helping complete VV187 to such a high standard.


Some photos taken during the restoration process are shown below. Some of the photos are not as good as they could be, this is the result of forgeting my camera and using my camera phone and the poor winter light!
